the cash value premium constant?
If
all premiums for the plan are constant, enter "Yes", then
please tab over to enter an Annual cash value premium,
followed by Number of annual premiums paid. If future
premiums vary then enter "No". A separate input screen will
be provided to input the varying cash value premiums.

cash value death benefit.
Pre-tax
investment rate
Insert the before-tax rate of return that you expect to receive
on your investments. This rate will be used to calculate the
interest earnings on the invested difference in premiums.
Marginal
tax rate
Input the rate at which the income earned on the investments
is to be taxed (i.e. 26, 36, 42, or 45). An illustration for
registered investments, such as registered retirement savings
plans, may be obtained by inserting "0".
